The two-party system has entrenched corruption at every level. We support structural reforms that return power to citizens and hold elected officials to the highest constitutional standard.

• Establish Term Limits — Implement term limits for all elected public offices to prevent career politicians and restore citizen-led government.
• Judicial Accountability Reform — Enforce mechanisms to hold members of the judiciary accountable to the Constitution, ensuring rulings align with constitutional authority and original jurisdiction.
• Restore Constitutional Election Integrity — End election manipulation by eliminating gerrymandering, enforcing transparent election processes, and dismantling entrenched political party control over electoral systems.
• Campaign Finance Reform — Restrict campaign contributions exclusively to eligible voters within the jurisdiction of the office sought, ensuring elections are funded by the people they represent—not outside interests.
• Eliminate Undue Influence in Government — Prohibit lobbying practices that allow disproportionate or foreign influence over public policy. Establish strict transparency and accountability standards for all advocacy activities.
• Single Allegiance Requirement for Public Service — Require exclusive national allegiance for all elected officials, appointees, and government employees. Prohibit dual citizenship in positions of public trust, with clear compliance standards and transition policies.

Every law must be grounded in the Constitution. We support candidates who govern within its defined limits and reject the expansion of government power beyond what the founding documents authorize.

• Enforce the 10th Amendment — Restore the proper balance of power by strictly enforcing the Tenth Amendment, limiting the federal government to its constitutionally enumerated powers and returning all other authority to the states and the people.
• Restore Grand Jury Authority to the People — Reinforce the original intent of the Fifth Amendment by ensuring grand juries operate independently, with the power of presentment returned fully to the people at the state level.
• Guarantee Trial by Jury in Proper Jurisdiction — Uphold Article III Section 2 Clause 3 by ensuring all criminal prosecutions are conducted by jury in the state and district where the alleged crime was committed.
• End Political Party Control Over Public Offices — Prohibit institutional control of elections and governance by political parties, restoring a system of representation that answers directly to the people rather than party structures.
• End Omnibus Bills and Legislative Riders — Mandate that all legislation be confined to a single subject with a clearly defined scope, eliminating omnibus bills and prohibiting unrelated provisions from being attached. Every law must stand or fall on its own merits.

Public office must return to what it was always meant to be — a temporary act of service, not a career of power and profit.

• Enforce Oath of Office Accountability — Enforce the constitutional oath of office by establishing lawful mechanisms for citizens to present credible violations to appropriate legal bodies, including grand juries. Verified violations may result in disqualification from public service in accordance with due process.
• Legislative Transparency and Accountability — Require all members of Congress to certify that they have read and reviewed the full text of any bill prior to casting a vote. Such certification shall be publicly recorded as part of the official vote record.
• Equal Ballot Access and Debate Standards — Establish uniform, transparent criteria for ballot access and debate participation, ensuring all qualified candidates are treated equally without preferential treatment based on party affiliation.
• Equal Application of the Law — Affirm that all elected officials are subject to the same laws as the citizens they serve. Prohibit and enforce penalties for insider trading and any use of privileged information for personal gain.
• Fiscal Responsibility Requirement — Require Congress to pass a balanced budget, with limited, clearly defined exceptions for national emergencies. Failure to meet this obligation will result in restrictions on compensation for members of Congress, as permitted by law.
