Initiative I
Abolish the IRS & Restore the People's Inalienable Right to Liberty
End the Federal Income Tax System
Eliminate the Internal Revenue Service and repeal the existing federal tax code, ending taxation on income, earnings, estates, and capital gains. Americans will no longer be taxed for their labor or productivity.
End Taxpayer Funding of Crime, Waste, Fraud, and Abuse
The American people shall not be compelled to fund criminal activity, financial fraud, or unconstitutional government operations through taxation. Public funds must serve the people—not be diverted into corruption, unaccountable programs, or unlawful activity.
- Prohibit the use of taxpayer funds in systems where fraud, abuse, or financial manipulation is systemic and unaccountable
- Eliminate government funding pipelines that enable the laundering or layering of public money through intermediaries, including non-governmental organizations and third-party entities
- Ban the use of taxpayer dollars for political enrichment, influence operations, or the artificial financing of activism
- Terminate all spending that falls outside constitutional authority, including unauthorized or unaccountable foreign aid
- Prohibit the use of taxpayer funds, directly or indirectly, in support of terrorism or any entity engaged in violence against civilian populations
- Establish strict criminal penalties for any public official or entity involved in the misuse, redirection, or concealment of taxpayer funds
Restore the Principle of Inalienable Liberty
Affirm that the right to liberty, endowed by our Creator and articulated in the United States Declaration of Independence, cannot be conditioned, taxed, or diminished by government. A tax on income places a direct cost on an individual's liberty, creating unequal burdens across citizens and conflicting with the principle that all men are created equal with an equal right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Terminate the Income Tax Authority
Declare the Sixteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution null in effect as a matter of constitutional restoration, on the grounds that government does not possess legitimate authority to impose a direct burden on liberty. Rights that are inalienable cannot be conditioned, taxed, or redefined through amendment or statute. This action restores the original constitutional limits on federal taxation and reaffirms that all government power is subordinate to the natural rights of the people.
Replace Income Tax with a National Consumption Model
Implement a single, transparent national consumption tax applied to all transactional flows. This system ensures:
- Individuals are taxed based on consumption, not productivity
- Greater fairness—those who spend more contribute more
- Universal participation across all economic activity
Revenue Sufficiency & Debt Elimination
A consumption-based tax applied across all transactional flows generates sufficient revenue to fund a constitutionally limited government while creating the capacity to systematically reduce and eliminate the national debt within a defined timeframe.
- Broad-based consumption ensures consistent and scalable revenue generation
- Elimination of loopholes and off-ledger activity expands the tax base
- Reduced federal scope lowers overall spending requirements
- Structured surplus allocation enables accelerated debt reduction
Simplify and Fix the Tax Structure
Establish a flat, fixed-rate consumption tax that:
- Cannot be arbitrarily increased or expanded
- Replaces all existing federal taxes
- Eliminates compliance burdens, audits, and complex filings
Restore Financial Sovereignty to the People and States. Allocate tax revenue in a fixed structure that prioritizes state independence and limits federal scope, ensuring government operates within clearly defined financial boundaries.
“The government will no longer fund itself by taxing what you earn, but only by a limited share of what you choose to spend.”
Initiative II
Secure the Border & Restore National Sovereignty
Lock In Border Security Permanently
The United States must build upon current border security and codify it into law so it cannot be reversed by future administrations. Border security will no longer depend on executive orders—it will be permanent, enforceable, and immune to political swings.
A Balanced Approach: Vigilance and Compassion
Immigration policy must be rooted in both strength and fairness. We will enforce the law without exception while providing a structured, lawful path for those willing to meet the standards of citizenship and allegiance to this nation.
National Registration & Status Resolution Program
Address the reality of millions of undocumented individuals through a single, enforceable national system.
- Require all undocumented individuals to register within a defined timeframe
- Registration provides the only opportunity to pursue lawful status
- Failure to register results in immediate enforcement action and removal proceedings
Eligibility Standards for Lawful Status
Individuals seeking to remain must meet strict, verifiable requirements under existing immigration principles:
- Demonstrate continuous unlawful presence in the United States prior to January 2020
- Meet standards of good moral character (no criminal activity)
- Demonstrate ability to support themselves without reliance on public systems
- Possess basic English proficiency (reading and writing)
- Swear full allegiance to the United States
Structured Pathway with Accountability
Those who qualify may apply for lawful status under a controlled, multi-year process.
- Applicants will be subject to financial penalties for unlawful entry and residency
- No immediate citizenship—applications will be processed in phases
- Individuals may be required to depart and re-enter lawfully as their cases are adjudicated
Mass Compliance Through Structured Self-Removal
This system is designed to create large-scale voluntary compliance and self-deportation among those who do not qualify.
- Individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements will receive formal removal orders
- Priority enforcement will focus on high-risk and criminal individuals
- Lower-risk individuals will be given defined timelines to comply with removal orders
Modernized Processing & Enforcement Infrastructure
Repurpose federal resources and infrastructure to support immigration enforcement and processing at scale.
- Reallocate federal personnel and facilities to immigration operations
- Utilize advanced technology, including AI-assisted systems, to accelerate eligibility determinations
- Expand capacity for lawful processing, enforcement, and case management
No Amnesty — Lawful Compliance Only
There will be no blanket amnesty. Lawful status must be earned through compliance, verification, and commitment to the nation.
Enforcement for Non-Compliance
Individuals who refuse to register or comply with the law will face serious legal consequences, including detention and removal in accordance with U.S. law.
Accountability for Systemic Violations of Immigration Law
Any individual or organization found to have knowingly facilitated large-scale violations of immigration law, including trafficking, unlawful transport, or abuse of public systems, will be subject to full investigation and prosecution under existing law.
- Enforce all applicable statutes related to trafficking and unlawful entry
- Investigate misuse of public funds or authority in support of unlawful activity
- Pursue penalties for those who knowingly enabled or profited from violations
“Justice will be enforced for those who violate the law, and accountability will extend to any individual or entity that knowingly facilitated unlawful entry or exploitation of our system. The era of open borders and lawlessness ends here.”
Initiative III
Media & Big Tech Reform — Restore Free Speech and Public Trust
Protect the First Amendment in the Digital Age
The right to free speech guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution shall be fully protected across all media and digital platforms. No government entity or private corporation acting in coordination with government shall suppress lawful speech or restrict public discourse.
End Government–Media Collusion
Prohibit any coordination between government officials and media or technology platforms that results in censorship, suppression of information, or manipulation of public discourse.
- Ban direct or indirect government influence over content moderation
- Require full transparency of all communications between government and media/tech entities
- Establish criminal penalties for coordinated efforts to suppress lawful speech
The Truth in Media Standards
Establish enforceable standards for transparency and accountability in journalism.
- Prohibit knowingly false reporting presented as fact
- Require clear separation between news, opinion, and sponsored content
- Mandate disclosure of conflicts of interest and political affiliations
- Enforce penalties for deliberate misinformation that results in public harm
Hold Platforms Accountable as Public Gateways
Recognize major digital platforms as critical public communication channels subject to transparency and accountability standards.
- Require consistent, viewpoint-neutral content policies
- Mandate public disclosure of moderation practices and algorithmic influence
- Provide due process protections for users facing content removal or account suspension
Ban Censorship and Speech Suppression Practices
Prohibit the use of shadow banning, algorithmic suppression, or selective enforcement to control visibility of lawful content.
- Require equal treatment of lawful speech regardless of viewpoint
- Establish independent oversight and audit mechanisms
- Impose penalties for systemic suppression of lawful expression
Enforce Consequences for Election Interference and Manipulation
Any entity found to have knowingly manipulated information flow to influence elections or mislead the public shall face investigation and prosecution under applicable law.
- Investigate coordinated disinformation or suppression campaigns
- Enforce existing election and fraud statutes
- Impose penalties proportionate to the scale of violation
Break Up Concentrated Media and Tech Power
Prevent any single entity or coordinated group from controlling the flow of information to the American people.
- Enforce antitrust laws against monopolistic practices
- Prohibit collusive behavior between dominant platforms
- Restore competition and decentralization in media and technology
Restore Public Trust Through Transparency
Require full transparency in how information is created, distributed, and moderated.
- Public access to moderation standards and enforcement data
- Disclosure of government requests for content removal
- Regular independent audits of large platforms
“Free speech will not be controlled, filtered, or manipulated. The First Amendment will be enforced in full, and any individual or entity that participates in the suppression of truth or lawful expression will be held accountable under the law.”
Initiative IV
End Federal Policing Overreach & Restore Constitutional Law Enforcement
For decades, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has operated beyond constitutional authority, assuming powers never granted to the federal government. The Constitution does not establish or authorize a national police force with broad jurisdiction over domestic crime, yet the FBI has expanded into exactly that role. In doing so, it has repeatedly acted as a weaponized arm of government, selectively enforcing the law, obstructing justice in matters involving political figures, and undermining equal application of justice under the law. This is incompatible with a constitutional republic.
This act will disband the FBI and end unconstitutional federal policing authority. In its place, a National Association of Sheriffs (NAS) will be established by the states, free from political influence and accountable directly to the people. The NAS will serve as a coordinated interstate investigative body, with a primary national task force dedicated to investigating corruption and constitutional violations within government at all levels.
Disband the FBI & End Federal Policing Overreach
The federal government does not possess general police powers under the Constitution. The FBI and similar federal policing agencies will be dismantled, and their authority dissolved in order to restore constitutional limits on government power.
Restore State Jurisdiction Over Crime
All criminal investigations and prosecutions shall be returned to the states and conducted within the jurisdiction where the alleged crime occurred.
- States retain full authority over criminal law enforcement
- Federal courts will cease prosecuting general criminal matters outside constitutional scope
- Jurisdictional integrity will be strictly enforced
Establish the National Association of Sheriffs (NAS)
A National Association of Sheriffs will be established by the states as a cooperative interstate body to coordinate investigations, uphold constitutional law, and ensure accountability across jurisdictions.
- Each sheriff's department will assign deputized investigators to the NAS
- Representation will be proportionate to state population
- The NAS will operate independently of federal political control
Interstate Law Enforcement Reciprocity
Through mutual agreements among states, sheriffs participating in the NAS will be granted limited interstate authority for the purpose of coordinated investigations.
- Enables pursuit of multi-state criminal activity
- Preserves state sovereignty while allowing cooperation
- Ensures crimes are prosecuted within proper jurisdiction
National Anti-Corruption Task Force
The NAS will establish a dedicated national task force focused exclusively on investigating corruption and constitutional violations within government.
- Investigate unlawful conduct by public officials at all levels
- Enforce accountability for violations of constitutional rights
- Ensure equal application of the law without political influence
NAS High Council Governance
A governing council composed of elected sheriffs will oversee national investigative coordination.
- Leadership selected through a vote of participating sheriffs
- Authority to appoint and remove investigative leadership
- Ensures accountability to the people through locally elected officials
Transition & Accountability Measures
Existing federal investigative resources, facilities, and personnel may be evaluated and reassigned, replaced, or decommissioned in accordance with constitutional restructuring.
- Investigate prior abuses of authority
- Enforce legal accountability where violations occurred
- Establish clear limits to prevent future overreach
“Law enforcement will answer to the Constitution, the states, and the people—not to centralized power. No official, no agency, and no institution will stand above the law. The era of weaponized government ends here.”
Initiative V
Healthcare Reform — Healthcare for All Without Government Control
End Federal Control of Healthcare
The federal government has no constitutional authority to control healthcare. Medical decisions must be returned to patients, doctors, and the states—not federal agencies or bureaucrats. Federal intervention has distorted the system, inflated costs, and reduced quality of care.
Healthcare for All — Universal Access Without Bureaucracy
Every American will have access to affordable, high-quality healthcare under a system designed for patients—not profit-driven intermediaries or government control.
- No one is denied access to care
- No dependence on federal programs
- A system built on affordability, access, and choice
The Cost of the Current System
The federal government spends approximately $1.7–$1.8 trillion annually on healthcare programs (Medicare, Medicaid, and related subsidies).
- This covers roughly 40–45% of the U.S. population
- Total U.S. healthcare spending exceeds $4 trillion per year
- Massive cost… limited coverage… declining quality
Eliminate Systemic Healthcare Fraud and Abuse
The current government-run healthcare system is riddled with fraud, waste, and abuse, costing taxpayers tens of billions of dollars every year. Complex billing systems, third-party intermediaries, and lack of direct accountability have created an environment where fraud thrives.
- Medicare and Medicaid fraud schemes exploit billing complexity and weak oversight
- Billions are lost annually to improper payments and fraudulent claims
- Insurance-based billing systems create layers where abuse can be hidden
The Healthcare Membership Model Eliminates These Vulnerabilities
- Removing billing intermediaries and insurance manipulation
- Replacing complex claims systems with direct, transparent payment
- Creating clear accountability between patient and provider
“You cannot have a $4 trillion system built on bureaucracy without creating a breeding ground for fraud—the HCM model eliminates that system entirely.”
Dismantle the Insurance-Driven System
The current system is not built around care—it is built around billing.
- Up to 20% of healthcare spending is consumed by administrative overhead, bureaucracy, and profit before reaching actual care
- Insurance companies dictate treatment decisions and delay care
- Patients pay thousands for coverage that restricts access
The Healthcare Membership Model (HCM)
Replace Insurance with Direct Membership Care
Healthcare will operate like a membership system—simple, predictable, and patient-focused.
- ~$150/month for unlimited primary care
- No deductibles, no co-pays, no surprise billing
- Direct access to doctors and services
Major Medical Coverage (True Insurance)
Insurance will return to its intended purpose:
- Covers catastrophic events (hospitalization, surgery, major illness)
- Estimated ~$100/month
- Lower cost because it covers rare, high-impact events
Cut Healthcare Costs by Up to 75%
- Current system: $4+ trillion annually
- HCM model: ~$1 trillion annually
- A system that delivers more coverage at a fraction of the cost
End Employer-Controlled Healthcare
Healthcare should never be tied to employment.
- Your healthcare does not change when you change jobs
- Employers no longer control access to care
- Individuals choose their own doctors and networks
- Healthcare becomes portable, personal, and independent
Restore the Doctor–Patient Relationship
- No insurance interference
- No government mandates dictating treatment
- No prior authorizations or claim denials
- Care decisions return to doctors and patients, where they belong
State-Based Support for Those in Need
States—not the federal government—will assist those who cannot afford care.
- Direct funding of memberships replaces bloated federal programs
- Eliminates waste while ensuring full coverage
Fix Hospital Pricing & Billing Abuse
- End inflated, insurance-driven pricing models
- Eliminate cost-shifting from uninsured patients
- Require transparent, direct pricing
“This is healthcare for all—without government control, without insurance manipulation, and without tying your health to your job. Costs go down, access goes up, fraud is eliminated, and power returns to the people.”
